At Something Greek, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sorority or fraternity apparel, but please note that custom-embroidered items are final sale. Eligible non-customized products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached and are not custom-made or personalized Greek gear.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box before sending it to our Long Island production facility.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 7-10 business days.
